Typhoon Phanfone is headed towards Japan. It's the 18th typhoon this season. What's the difference between a typhoon and a hurricane? Nothing. Well, one difference. A typhoon is formed in the pacific ocean and a hurricane is formed in the atlantic ocean. My wife said we should prepare emergency goods for this typhoon. I said I'll go and buy beer. She did not laugh.
